Monday to Sunday:
6:30 – 10:30 for arrivals.
18:00 – Boarding for guests travelling to Aberdeen, Fort William and Inverness.
20:45 – Boarding for guests travelling to Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Entrance
- The entrance is directly to the Platform 1.
- There is a ramp to provide access to the entrance to the property.
Access Ramp to Entrance
- The ramp leads from the train platform to the entrance landing.
- The going of the ramp has a non-slip surface.
- There are no obstacles that would hinder wheelchair access.
Handrails
- There are handrails on both sides of the ramp.
Door
- There is a single metal and glass door.
- The glass on the door allows for someone to see if a person is approaching from the other side.
- The door opens automatically with a push pad.
- The door opens inwards towards the wall.
- The door threshold is free from undulation that may cause a trip hazard for someone with a visual impairment or mobility impairment and an obstruction for someone in a wheelchair.
Lobby
- The entrance leads to a lobby with a reception and access to the Guest Lounge.
